She has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. Theresa also earned the #1 CBC Colorado Commercial Broker Award in 2012, the Top Commercial Producer at Bray in 2023 and was the Top Commercial Broker for all of Mesa County in 2023
