Nicole is a commercial real estate professional bringing institutional-level deal experience back to her hometown of Grand Junction. Over the past decade, she has worked on over $800M in transaction volume across acquisitions, development, and asset management, including hotel, industrial, office, retail, and land asset classes.
Nicole’s background includes both institutional and entrepreneurial experience. As founder of her own advisory practice, she has guided clients through acquisitions and ground-up developments across the country. She has also personally acquired and repositioned value-add commercial properties, placing tenants and managing projects from architects and contractors through completion. Prior roles included property acquisitions and site selection for a national real estate platform, spanning industrial, retail, and land assets, along with acquisitions and asset management for one of the largest owner-operators in the hospitality industry.
Nicole holds a real estate degree from New York University. After building her career in New York City, she brings a national-level skill set in sourcing, underwriting, and negotiating commercial real estate deals to her clients in Western Colorado.
